50 USD translates to 40 Eurobux, which doesn't sound like a whole lot to spend on a 'special' meal like this when you consider my country's food prices.

Anyway, I'd start with a couple different types of bread (baguette, several kinds of rye bread) served with tzatziki, then move on to mashed potatoes with sauteed moose and lingonberries. If that proves too pricey, then swap the moose and berries for fried vendace with fried onion (with lots of melted butter). Finish off with bread cheese served with cloudberries, or alternatively vanilla ice cream with bilberry & raspberry jam. If there's any significant leftover money, spend it on a nice quality beer for a drink. If not, just get me a glass of whole milk.
