I keep bringing this up in other cheese threads but fromager d'affinois is a top tier Brie type cheese that's not too funky or weird. Real rich n mild, easy to eat, good if you're not super into Brie type cheeses otherwise. Should be like 18 or 20 a pound

Pic is one of the best bloomy rind cheeses I've had so far. Super creamy, somewhat mild, no unpleasant flavors coming from the rind, you could sit and eat a half pound in a sitting that shits so good n easy to eat
