i live in florida and as far as i know every restaurant has to provide free tap water but one time at Dunkin Donuts they tried to charge me 25 cents for a cup for "free water"

long story short my parents staged an intervention for my neetdom after not leaving my room for 3 months and put me in a program where i had to learn to be an adult and part of the program was taking the bus around applying for jobs and i had no money so i couldn't afford the cup
it was in fucking august too it was so hot outside eventually they relented and gave me the cup but still
charge as much as you want for bottled water, but you gotta offer free tap in my opinion
