mmmmm! made of reconstituted chemicals, looks delicious and nutritios, can I see the list of ingredients?

I'm getting kicked out of my parent's home somewhere in the next year and I find cooking somewhat tedious. are there any recipes for meals you can cook in bulk and then freeze for a week or so?
the characteristics of what I'm aiming at are:
+dense: it shouldn't take much freezer space per meal, so no pastries or bony/fatty meat.
+quick/easy to prepare: It should be easy to thaw and cook. not so much to prepare before freezing, I don't mind spending 3 or 4 hours in the kitchen cooking if it means I get to basically skip cooking for a week or two.
+actually nutritious: assorted veggies, meats, fiber, contents that prevent me from somehow getting type 2 diabetes and scurvy at the same time.
+non-toxic: It should be edible. I don't know if there are things one shouldn't put in a freezer, but if there are I'd want to avoid them. not knowing this is my biggest concern.

I'm thinking on a mix of thick stews and souffles separated in disposable trays or even disposable freezer bags.
