Why are coasties allowed to hate on savory flyover dishes like hot dish/tatertot casserole or things like maid rites and fried and breaded tenderloins, breakfast pizza etc., yet New Jersey's taylor ham, which is basically a fried bologna sandwich with an egg normally, is seen as next level local cuisine?
