i just found out cabbage and broccoli apparently commonly have tapeworms? why the fuck did nobody tell me this? do i have to cook all my leafy greens? this doesn't make sense because raw veggies are eaten all the time. i'm so scared now.

A mix of laziness, lack of ability, and paranoia. Like I've repeatedly tried to make chicken and all of the guides are super vague beyond the direct "cook to so and so temperature". It's a lot of effort in terms of time and energy (not including all the fucking dishes) for what often doesn't taste good because I've overcooked it or don't know what I'm doing. Right now it's more laziness because I work a lot, so I don't wanna waste my few hours outside of work failing at cooking. This is why I'm cool with things that are one step because it's so easy to just cook pasta or roast something. My desire to cook is so low now that I can't even bother to make a grilled cheese.

I want Dominos pan pizza but also the cheesy crust from Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut pizza itself is always really shitty and sad though. Dominos also has the cheesy bread.

I'm also located in the tri-state area, so I can throw a rock and hit 5 pizza places that serve actual pizza that's a lot better than either of the chains. I'm really not in the mood for that type of pizza though.

I really just want poutine, but the only place here that serves that is Stewart's and that's a lot in terms of any other food there.
