Just tried these Rocky Mountain Oyster things.
I don't know how they get sea food up in the mountains but they're fucking delicious.

Anyone ever try them?

Let's post more regional meat dishes instead of deserrts.

Im actually fond of Mountain Oysters or Lamb Fries. Tastes like chicken and usually cheaper. Great late night bar food.
