cold and warm showers might help. just to increase blood circulation

chili, hot sauces and the like. the hotter the better. not many know this but chili is an excellent hangover cure. it releases endorphines in your body that really helps. sometimes i just eat a raw habanero. even purposely get some on my eyes. after the pain is gone you will feel considerably better.
