I was inspired by someone's post to make a shepherd's pie today and it turned out great. I completely winged it because this isn't my first rodeo, and honestly rushed through most of the steps but it was still delicious and the perfect consistency. Next up I'm going to make a pot pie. I have an old recipe, I hope it holds up.
