chinese food is the definition of sloppa - it looks awful to the unfamiliar eye and barely any care is put into the presentation. it's almost all peasant-tier food but some dishes taste amazing. one recommendation I have would be 夫妻肺片(sp?) or husband and wife lung slices - its chili oil on thin slices of braised beef shank with thin slices of beef tripe. very nice on rice.

hmm, last time I ate this it was pretty tasty. they used some pretty good quality chilis and it just tasted like spicy onions and fish. I highly recommend 夫妻肺片 or idk the translation, husband and wife tripe and beef.
