Now that the dust has finally settled, what is the general consensus on sliced bread?

>Work at sliced bread factory.
>All bread is sliced using an automated cutting system with electronically adjusted blades for different thicknesses.
>When setting up a pre-set for a new sliced bread product notice that not only can the blades be adjusted at individual different distances, but you can also set intervals on when the blades adjust.
>Go into the preset for a standard wholemeal loaf and set every 1000th loaf to have a single slice twice the thickness as all the other slices.
>It's been 2 months and no one has noticed and there haven't been any call backs.
>Weird satisfaction knowing that I'm fucking with people's heads when they just find a single slice twice and thick as the rest.

I have two loaves of stale bread in my fridge. Besides bread pudding and french toast, what other recipes that uses stale bread can you guys recommend?

Does anyone ever feel hungry enough to eat 18 slices of bread? Why not just sell them in twos and threes instead?
