Recently I've been waking up with three scrambled eggs with these lil niggas mashed up into them. Literally just those two ingredients plus heat. It works wonders for my digestion, probably. Between that and the massive cup of coffee I enjoy with it, within an hour of waking up each day my bowels are nothing more than a barren, whistling tomb-cave. Highly recommend.

For sardines, herring, anchovies, and any other canned fatty fish.

Just had two tins of this Dijon mustard flavor for breakfast for the first time ever, and I can safely say this is my favorite variety of deenz, and honestly one of my favorite flavor combinations of any kind of food. Love fatty fish, love good mustard, put em together and holy shit it's delicious.
