First off, Red Baron is much better than Freschetta. Secondly, your dad wasn't fucked. His job was to come up with a pizza recipe for someone else and royalties/severance were never in his future no matter what. He signed up for that, if he didn't understand that maybe he was fired for being a retard.
Your dad could sell the exact same recipe in a restaurant, shop, or frozen and maybe make decent money except its not that good. Plus he doesn't have the resources to do it, those resources of course belonged to Kraft.

Honestly you should stop telling people your dad came up with the recipe. It's just a pizza recipe, there are probably fucking millions of them and Freschetta isn't particularly good.
