I'm usually able to reverse my sleep schedule from baker's hours to normie hours over the weekend but wasn't successful this time around, so my sleep schedule is fucked and I'm awake at 5 AM after only getting a few hours of sleep.

I'm going to make this here hojicha and then maybe reheat some stew from last night, probably prep a salad to work through some greens I have in the fridge and then head into the bakery to grab all the paperwork I need to start my invoicing for the day. If I'm going to be awake I should at least be working.
