Just put "vegan" without the quotes into the pattern box, make sure the "type" is comment and/or subject, and click the "hide" checkbox and save. It's better to learn to just ignore the stuff you don't like though because otherwise you'll waste a ton of time editing the filters. Unless there's a huge amount of shitposting with specific words that would make it worthwhile to use.
