No because that is an ingredient being added to the pie not the pie being added as an ingredient to something else. In this case the pie is the dish, the pie is the base, the setting.

And in the case of this wrap it's the mixture of the spiced onions with the meat, cheese and chips. You can add donner, you can add chicken, you can add wild boar, you can add fucking caviar, and it would still be a hoagie, with whatever fucking filling you chose as the meat.
