No, it's loud and the food is bad. I had one in my local mall and I remember when it opened. We went there once and never again.

They make really shitty margaritas, and I think that's it.

This is a horrible pyramid. Fat is nearly twice as many calories per gram (7/4) as carbs or protein. The only good thing about a high fat diet is that you have quicker saiety than eating carbs.

You really want to lose weight eat lean meat, beans, lentils, high protein dairy like Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, boiled eggs and leafy/cruciferous vegetables. You cut out grains and starches as much as possible and choose the keto friendly options like cauliflower and peanut or pea powder instead.

Go without sweeteners as much as you can. Your taste buds will adapt to a new normal. Yogurt with frozen fruit will feel like a desert. Hot sauce, hummus, tzatziki, and oyster sauce can make eating nothing but frozen veggies bareable.

If you absolutely need something sweetened go with honey or musovcado brown sugar. The strong flavor and lower concentration mean you'll use it sparingly. There's some studies that show artificial sweeteners mimic GLP and other incretins which increase risk of metabolic syndrome so I'd avoid them in general. Xylitol and stevia are the best alternatives as polyols are naturally occurring substances your body already has some capacity for managing though they can cause indigestion, flatulence, and diarrhea.

Lost 35 pounds in 2019 with some extreme weight cutting, but put back another 10 in 2020. Got back down pretty easily already with this diet without it being hard to maintain. Coffee and yogurt in the morning, stir fry for lunch, and grilled salmon, pot roast, or stew for dinner.
