In Air Force BMT every Sunday the DFAC cooked grilled cheese's and most of the trainees would be elated and would frequently exclaim it's "grilled cheese for Jesus." Fucking pissed me off because it reminded me just how much the majority of the population is reddit personified. In general our food there wasn't too bad, I'll never forget standing in line for dinner chow and the trainee in front of me shouting "SMELLS LIKE BEEF DORM CHIEF!" at the top of his lungs when told to post and get a tray.
The only other DFAC I've eaten at was at Goodfellow in west texas, the food was surprisingly good. It is notoriously one of the best DFAC's in the Air Force. For lunch / dinner There as a sandwich station and a pizza station, and they always had chicken / beef / salmon prepared in different ways at the other stations. Can't forget the slices of apple pie, drumsticks (ice cream), and smoothies. I've been there twice now for different training but the first time in 2019/2020 there was this old guy who made cheesesteaks every night. Every time he got to me he would just turn around and dip out for no joke five minutes leaving me and everyone else wondering what was going on. This happened to me three times before I swore off the faggot and never got cheesesteaks again. Breakfast was always great because you could get pre-made omelets or have them made for you with up to 4 eggs and vegetables of your choosing. Large selection of cereal and yogurt, also various fruit and a few different brews of coffee. It's no mystery why so many Air Force trainees get fat during tech school.

Fair point and thanks for letting me know. Are the Riga's your favorite? My family always gets me them for Christmas and my birthday lol. I buy the King Oscar tiny tots in bulk from amazon for monetary reasons, but I like Greek sardines the best (Trata's).
