Contrary to popular belief, charcoal grilling may have a lower entry cost, but the net cost of charcoal compared to propane is excessively high; whereas propane is significantly more cost effective. Similarly, they require separate skill levels: propane is easier to control than charcoal while grilling.

Ideally, propane is more useful for the likes of burgers. Charcoal and propane bring no unique tastes for grilled burgers; whereas steak and larger cuts of meat wind up with a gain in tastes and the likes from charcoal.

Similarly, time-wise, propane is better than charcoal. It cooks faster than charcoal on all accounts.

In layman's terms that you'll understand, you're a kike to support charcoal as an end-all be-all; and it's time to taste the meat or feel the heat, I tell you hwat.
