Result
The omelette is much more filling than the hard boiled eggs or fried eggs.

Day 1; cook an omelette with NOTHING added, just beaten eggs using 4 eggs
Feel full
Day 2; cook 4 hard boiled eggs
Don't feel full
Day 3; cook 4 fried eggs
