Holy shit I’m not range b& for once. Somebody in my region has apparently been pissing off the jannies. Anyway, yesterday I made a light roast in a V60, it was really good until I got the bottom of the cup, and it was like drinking lemon juice or vinegar or something. I have a baratza encore and set it at 13. Grind coarser? Encorebros let me know what settings you’re using
