coffeebros.. I've been using a $30 Mr. Coffee for a while now and need something a little better

1) will grind my beans
2) will make coffee at a preset time
3) will keep my coffee warm but not burn it
4) will not cost me a paycheck

any thoughts?

I love my Chemex but it takes forever to make a cup of coffee with it. any decent coffee makers where it heats up the water a lot and I can still utilize the Chemex filters themselves?
