Bust ass cooking on Sunday.

>throw a chunk of pork in the slow cooker and do it up in your favorite BBQ style
>bake some whole wheat rolls
>cook a huge pot of beans with a ham hock thrown in, spice to your taste

Then every day you can eat a delicious pulled pork sandwich and beans.

Alternatively, I do pic related a lot. Reheats breddy well.

Falafel isn't bad for you, I don't think. It picks up very little oil from the frying.

I saved this for when another anon made falafels. I think there is already a falafel on there but it is mixed with a bunch of other stuff.
