I was thinking of asking him directly when I order his goffee.

Imho he knows the method but I’ve never seen him using it in his pictures, although one person who tagged him shows a Bialetti moka with the aeropress filter inside, so I need investigate.

I’m under the impression that he prefer the classical method, in fact in his video “the perfect moka” he doesn’t even pour near boiling water in the moka like basically every other coffee expert in the Anglosphere does.
