Yeah I made a new one because it was good.

I’ll make a focaccia like this for Christmas and cut it in little squares to be served among the other appetisers.

Cheap, easy and good.

Here’s a secret: warm some EVOO in a pan with a garlic clove and let it become golden, let everything cool (remove the garlic) and throw the sliced tomatoes in. Let them go with low fire until they’re slightly soft. Gently squash them so they release part of their juices (don’t destroy them be gentle) in the oil then place the tomatoes on the focaccia and pour all the sauce over the focaccia while shouting MAMMA MIA.

This is the extra step that will make her wet, trust me.
