This is the thread for non Americans to inquire unto Murican slop. Anything from sloppa to fine dining, disgusting snacks to top tier bbq, and everything in between.
I'll even start. I've many friends from all over the globe, and far too many of them didnt even know what an avocado is. The best I can explain it is that it's a fruit, but every one of us dipshits call it a vegetable. It's sort of hard to explain, but an avocado tastes more or less like a lightly green flavored vegetable, but with butter. It's the "fattiest" fruit I've ever had, and has a "creamy" texture to boot. They go fantastically in most savory/salty dishes.
My favorite use for avocados is to cube them into small pieces to toss into my pico de Gallo, I which is a "salad" used as a condiment consisting mostly of onion and tomato. It's a Hispanic thing, and goes great with pretty much any meat, even fish.

Pray tell foreign Anons, what Murican slop have you been interested in? I myself as well as some other patriots would love to share our food with you.
