I have always had some sort of gf that cooked healthy food for me.
Turns out I have horrible taste in women and they always behave badly so eventually I have to end things.
My friends have pointed this out emphatically and convinced me to mgtow my own way for while to try to have a normal life for a bit.
Well without being able to cook I have been eating about as well as a dog in a dumpster.
Just fast food garbage and corporate dining.
I have put on maybe 15 lbs during this pandemic.
I have all the gear for cooking but no knowledge.
What staples can I get to start a working kitchen?
Extra points for clean healthy ideas.

Well I was staring out the window into the neighbors yard and remembered an old indian trick: if a dog will eat it, then its safe.

Turns out dogs can smell five times as much as americans can so I tossed a slab over the fence and that little asshole wolfed it right down raw.
Fried up the rest and it tastes fine.
