Charleston is a freaking food Mecca. Well let's see. If you're looking for a great French restaurant then go to The Wild Olive on John's Island. The chef is an awesome guy and he knows how to fucking cook. Short list of good spots downtown: Hominy Grill, The Macintosh, Moe's(Not the Mexican fast food place), Cypress and FIG if you make a reservation and want to splurge a little. Off the beaten path: Bon Bahn Mi, Muse(always a great catch of the day), Lost Dog on Folly Beach

Inb4 google, already looked and did not find everything I was looking for.

1. Vanilla seeds, do you need to strain them out of whatever you cook them in? If its recipe specific I am making a White chocolate / vanilla tart. Would like the look of them in but dont want to ruin the desert

2. Slicing chicken breasts to stuff them, what is best method? What cheese to put inside? :) When I do it sometimes stuff comes out the edges and my cheddar becomes a molten mess
