Well... I'm extremely happy with my efforts. All things considered these pans are basically non stick. They needed a little bit of delicate spatula work at the beginning, but I normally use about a tbs of butter to cook eggs, not a 1/4 tsp. Sweet.

I flipped the eggs and they didn't stick at all.
