I roll my own. Used to smoke white ox, but since our taxes are horse shit here in Aus now I just buy cheap.

I don't understand how people can smoke taylors, the chemical taste is too strong. Then again, it's not like white ox or chop are known for their amazing taste.

Just boil them, anyone saying otherwise is a tastelet. They taste fine on their own. Add some aromatics like garlic.

First time ever doing it and without an icecream machine. The texture is amazing. I made it passion fruit from some I froze in December last year, but I'll put more next time, maybe 4 instead of 2.
