The only one I have had was a classical one with thinner layers that made it easer to cut It was flaky and very good, but the one I posted seems very thick, I am not sure how your are supposed to eat it without pressing down everything in the first cut. Maybe I am overestimating how hard it is and maybe it is easy to cut. Anyways the mouse should catch most of the flakes that fall off
