Nigger, you don't get fat by eating those foods. You get fat by eating a shit load of those foods every day. Comfort food is not meant to be enjoyed all the time, do you need to be comforted non-stop? Grow the fuck up. Also these foods are purposely high caloric because the people that traditionally ate them work hard physical labor jobs and none of them were fat.
