seeds are actually one of the most european foods there are.

european people have lower activity of the cox enzyme, which converts linoleic to arachidonic acid. This means we require a higher intake of both polyunaturated fats. AKA foods like seeds, nuts, pork, wild fowl.

These fats turn into arachidonic acid, which essentially develops muscle and fertility, and makes you not a soifag.

tropical people adapted to a lower-fat but proportionally higher saturated-fat environment. Coconuts, palm nuts, cacao beans, shea nuts, etc. Animals that grow in the tropics are usually very lean. So the diet was lower fat, and the fat that existed was highly saturated.
