This is what I have going on now. Been mostly drinking Godfathers with the Laphroaig or Ardbeg. Reservoir is reserved for sitting down and taking the time to analyse because it's amazing but also expensive. Bulleit is here amidst mid-shelf exploration - I think I like the Woodford better for both bourbon and rye. Botanist is for martinis or gimlets if I'm feeling it.

This is what I have on hand right now. I've pretty much decided on the Botanist as my go to gin, but wouldn't mind finding something a little cheaper that's still floral for daily drinking. Laphroaig and Ardbeg are there because I haven't had a decent Scotch in a long time. I need to start branching out into non-Islay Scotches, though. Bulleit is just what's on hand presently for a daily whiskey - also like Woodford a lot but haven't explored much beyond that. Reservoir is my first foray into local stuff and it's amazing. Expensive, though.
