My dad used to call out all these restaurants that just buy frozen crap for their food, but now that he's started working for them he keeps trying to shill all of it to me. Are there even any restaurants left that AREN'T buying frozen garbage? Lots of high end places get their stuff from Sysco even, so it's just just a lower end type of thing.
