that broccoli looks kinda raw. i've never made something like that, looks like a pasta salad or something, but i'd try it.

i make vegetable lasagna all the time though, and it is delicious.

Lasagna is super comfy. You just cram a bunch of spinach, broccoli, carrots, onion, and whatever else you want into a pot and cook it down, add some seasoning. Then assemble lasagna as usual.
