No one was eating an entire rotisserie chicken in the 1950s. Jacks problem has always, always, always been portion sizes. Sure no one cooked with canola oil in 1955 but they also didn't eat the sheer amount of calories people like Jack do.

A thing people really don't talk a lot about with Jack is that he really wanted to parlay his early YouTube success into being on Food Network. He wanted to be a Guy Fieri clone. According to his sons he doesn't really eat what he makes all that often.
