When I moved out for the first time I didn't know shit. Could only boil an egg or make a sandwich, that's it. Necessity forced me to learn to make actual meals fit for human consumption. You learn as you go, it's a skill. So just think of something you want to eat, then look up how to make it on YouTube. You fucking dumbass.

One meal a day. Only eat when you come home from work or whatever. Something easy to make would probably be like a chicken rice casserole. Just add tons of vegetables to it. If you don't have the mental fortitude to fast most of the day then you deserve to be a fat fuck and die of a heart attack in the next 5 years. Have a good life.
