I work as a security guard at a grocery store and honestly, if you can't even outsmart me you probably don't deserve the food. I'm not some crime-stopping genius, it's just the calibre of thieves I encounter are truly terrible.

You just put it in your pocket when I'm not looking, and you've done it. That's really all it'd take. Most people can't even manage that much. They just try walk right by me without even walking near the till like someone who paid for their food would have done, the unpaid goods right in their hand.
