Basically anything by New Glarus.

All their standard beers are some of the best within their style, but then they also make incredible sours (spontaneously fermented), amazing fruit beers, and great European-style beers (Zwickel/Keller Pils).

The head brewer actually did his apprenticeship at Ayinger.
