Eggs from privately owned farms generally always taste better than eggs from a mass produced factory farm.
The chickens are less stressed out and aren't pumped full of hormones that make them constantly shit out eggs, so the ones they make have time to develop properly, and you get thicker shells and heartier yolks and whites. Quality over quantity.

Hey /ck/
I've read a few recipies and things that require you to pre-heat your skillet, which sounds fine.. but are there any bad long-term effects from heating empty pans?
Does it cause them to warp earlier?
Does it weaken them?
Will the pan crack or explode if I leave it heating on the burner for too long without anything in it?

Sorry if its a retarded question. I'm still pretty new when it comes to 'cooking' cooking.
((I've been trying to broaden my experience past just ramen and shitty frozen things))
