I don't know. I boiled some nitrile gloves with water in them as a test at first and they held up nicely. Never gave latex ones a try.

I had to boil these since the gloves would have melted on a pan. Otherwise I agree with OP at least when it's homemade or high-quality sausages.

Fills three gloves size L. Getting the airpockets out of them was a bit of a hassle and I definitely learned as I went. This became evident in the final product. Take your time massaging the meat into the fingers and farting back out the air in them.
