However I am on a strict diet that restricts the following:
Grains (oats are fine)
Milk (cheese, yogurt etc. is fine)
Added sugar
Processed food
Hydrogenated oil
Nuts and seeds

Where can I go to get fast or even just “fastish” food that supports this plan? I’m even open to recommendations for single items for instance five guys fries are good because they only have potatoes, peanut oil, and salt
