>It's another "room temperature IQ anons can't understand the name really is Welsh rabbit and not rarebit" episode
Rarebit-tards should be rounded up in work camps and sterilized to protect the future gene pool.

>Oh good this thread again
Danone shills.
https://www.theguardian.com/society/2011/jul/22/had-our-fill-of-water
>Over the last few weeks, those who visited the British Medical Journal's website might have noticed an advert for a new public health initiative, Hydration for Health. It is sponsored by Danone – which owns the Evian, Volvic and Badoit bottled water brands – and urges healthcare professionals to encourage people to drink more water, claiming that "evidence is increasing that even mild dehydration plays a role in the development of various diseases".
>Margaret McCartney, a GP and columnist, saw these adverts and complained about it, writing an article for the BMJ (who admitted "we hadn't followed our own guidelines. The advertisement bypassed our editorial checks") about the lack of evidence – and citing the shortcomings of many studies – that people should be drinking more water.
They won't stop until everyone's a kidney damaged protein leaker like them.

>Drinking two liters of water per day may not benefit most individuals and even could be harmful, investigators say.
>At the Canadian Society of Nephrology annual meeting here, re-searchers from the University of Western Ontario, also in London, presented a study showing a significant correlation between excess urine production—which is usually caused by excess fluid intake—and proteinuria.
>The large population-based study un-covered a fivefold higher risk of proteinuria among people with polyuria than among those with normal urine volume, even after taking into account such factors as age, sex, and estimated glomerular filtration rate.

>retards think cutting off that part makes it fine
I can understand people believing you could cut off the visible part of moldy bread to avoid eating mold.
But who would try to salvage moldy bread to begin with? It's what, maybe 60 cents for a loaf of bread? You're going to make yourself eat a piece of bread from a moldy loaf to save 60 cents? Who the fuck is actually that poor? Even a homeless person with no money at all could pass on moldy bread and find something better in a dumpster.
I swear the "don't waste food" meme is one of the most retardedly misguided and nonsensical guiding principles humanity has ever fallen under the sway of. If "wasting" a bit of food like that ever matters it'll be because we already live in such a God forsaken post-apocalyptic hellhole that we might as well drop the moldy bread and let death by starvation take us anyway.

>CONVENIENCE BAD
I will never understand you people or how you're able to magically trick yourself into exerting all this effort doing things the long way. I lost the ability to convince myself to do unnecessary work very early on, back in my 20s. I blame school for that, you can only get yourself so worked up to get a bunch of bullshit tasks finished in time so much before you get desensitized to the stress and stop responding altogether.

There's no easy way to gain weight. Fat people gain their weight by having psychotically extreme physical addictions, if you saw how much they were actually eating as someone not subject to that same addiction you'd probably get nauseous just looking at it.
>inb4 some delusional fatty tries to claim fat people actually don't eat a lot of food; it doesn't seem like a lot of food to them because they have a completely different standard for what counts as a lot

>Why would you say "Middle school girls are hot" to random people knowing they will not approve?
You gotta try to put yourself into his mindset here. He effortlessly lucked out in one of the best ways imaginable while he was still in college as a guy in his early 20s (who to add to all this just went from being morbidly obese to being a reasonably OK looking normal weight man), getting selected as a spokesman for Subway on the basis of his success in losing weight.
He became a famous millionaire overnight and was paid shit tons of money to go around eating at his favorite sandwich chain for free while letting people express how cool it was to see the Subway guy in person. All that has got to warp your perception of reality pretty severely. Makes you soft. Makes you weird isolated, and reckless. Remember Bane's "victory has defeated you" line in the big guy / CIA movie? It's that shit exactly:
