It is fake /pol/. A series of unconnected groups using a bot posting script who happen to have a similar agenda, "make 4chan unusable to the point where there can't be worthwhile discussion". One of the techniques is to pit different boards against each other. This has been going on for many years, but reach critical mass around the time of the last US elections. More recently, they've been branching out into slower boards.
