I actually quite enjoy Chè Ba Màu, the "three color dessert", every once in a blue moon when I buy Bahn Mi sandwiches. They are not a favorite but are very interesting texturally. They do have beans in them so probably aren't your thing, but I do recommend adventurous anons try it at least once.
