>order ribeye
>server brings ribeye out on a platter
>there's a brick on the platter next to the steak for some reason
>slices it up into small cubes in front of me
>places brick on table
>dumps sliced up steak chunks on brick
>ask for plate
>guy is actually cool about it
>goes to the back
>comes back out with a plate
>puts plate on table
>pulls out hammer and holds it intently over plate for about a minute with one eye closed
>strikes plate and shatters it
>sprinkles plate bits all over my bricksteak
