>It honestly wouldn't surprise me if the average hamburger munching, soda drinking, corn syrup loving person would have lower testosterone than a vegan that consciously eats healthily and knows their macros
that's actually my point with this thread. Vegans have better hormonal profiles, but this is probably due to general health consciousness and maybe feminizing effects of dairy.

I severely doubt that meats, particularly wild meats and red meat, are bad for your health.

of course 98% of people are goyim cattle and are too retarded to even understand the one language that they speak

literally every fucking seed, nut, and kernel, especially from cold-temperate climates like Europe, is polyunsaturated.

I don't know where the fuck your mystery meat mutt ancestors came from, but mine come straight from Germany and England, so I've got no problems eating cold-adapted polyunsaturated fats. If you're a shitskin, well tough luck, might wanna avoid the milk too lest you get gassy. Oh and watch out for that stop and frisk.

Here's a redpill on milk:

1) sheep, goat, buffalo, and Indian cow milk are all good for you because they lack the A1 beta casein which causes inflammation. Much of milk's inflammatory effects are actually unique to degenerate whitoid milk. Indicine Zebu cattle lack this casein completely (a few taurine breeds do as well, but holstein-frisians all produce it)

2) lactose intolerance is a myth. The Japanese, the most "lactose intolerant" ethnicity on earth, are able to almost unanimously tolerate a 200 mL cup of milk (81% tolerance).

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/BF02775921

This is because lactose just acts like any other fiber if you don't digest it. In a small minority of people it can cause bloating, but in most it just acts like vegetable fiber. Hypocritically, you don't hear people saying that humans are vegetable intolerant, and that we should all go on carnivore diets because we can't digest cellulose.

This also means that virtually everyone on planet earth can drink milk without issue.

if carbs are so bad, why did grain eating civilizations BTFO every single hunter-gatherer tribe in existence?

and why did 90% of Brits literally die if they didn't evolve the ability to extract carbohydrates from milk? (aka lactose tolerance)

>dairy cravings
no offense but are you a pregnant woman?

I'm no vegan and I drink milk, but I can't imagine ever craving dairy. Dairy is more like a fruit or dessert, I sometimes eat it just because (and could easily do without). Meat on the other hand is an actual craving

-dairy
-coconut oil as primary cooking fat
-zero factory farmed meat
-low meat in general
-once or twice a week, beef
-if eating chicken/pork, only the breast/chest parts
-various shellfish as a supplement/appetizer
-if eating fish, prefer ones fished from warm tropical waters
-avoid most nuts/seeds
-rest of diet based on starches and veggies

This diet is based on minimizing arachidonic acid exposure and is particularly effective in childhood.

>Why are people in the UK so fat?
genetics.

Consider that native brits have the highest lactose digestion, at nearly 100%.
Consider that central/east Europe this drops to 70/50% respectively. Yet these cultures still use dairy.
Consider also that digesting lactose completely gives you 50% more calories from the same glass of milk.

The mystery is then solved. Brits evolved hyper lactose digestion due to a lack of available calories. There was a lack of calories because of the poor fertility of British soil. This forced Brits into evolving a more "thrifty" metabolism which hangs onto extra weight.

So I opened my refrigerator to get a glass of milk. The milk smelled slightly off and had a few coagulated bits in it no bigger than a pinhead. I was worried about the slightly "off taste" of the milk so I added a dash of vanilla extract. Voila! I believe that I have invented vanilla milk. It taste pretty good and doesn't have that off taste of slightly soured milk that is a little past the expiration date. Has anyone tried something similar? I've done this in the past by mixing milk and cola into a fizzy milk drink.

I had a little bit of milk left in a cup on my desk and I let it sit for too long and the water evaporated out of it. I don’t have any more milk and I have 1 cookie left so I just need a little bit. If I add water to the milk crust in the cup, will this remake the milk I had left?
