Very common in Mexico City. We had a cholera epidemic on the 80's or something and nobody has trusted government water since. Based. Depending on where you live, a lot of the water is actually safe but we're not trusting the tap ever again.
You almost never see those small bottles, it's usually these 10 liter jugs.
