i've seen things you people wouldn't believe. I've been to a "sardinade" in the french alps. basically a whole mountain (yes) village ordered a shitload of sardines, and everyone just ate deens for hours while getting shitfaced drunk on wine. I remember vividly that the sardines came in garbage black bags from the back of a pickup, and at some point a dog was starting to eat them straight from the bag when nobody was watching, just salivating everywhere on what was already an awful mess. The whole thing was revulsing, even though i now enjoy deenz from time to time as any reasonable adult, seeing this scene as a kid made me gag. I was too young to drink wine, and just wandered around the carnage, dissociating as 30+ drunk boomers engulfed kilos of sardines.
